A Building Notice provides a simplified method of making application for domestic work eg an extension/alteration to a house. It does away with the need for detailed drawings and specifications,
This application requires submission of 2 copies of detailed construction plans/ specification which are then checked by building control - the client receives a Stamped set of drawings and an Approval form
This enables unauthorised work to be certified by Building Control, bringing it in line with the relevant Regulatory requirements.
